These dynamic, playful classes aim to strengthen and awaken your body and mind. Elements in classes include light aerobic exercise, healthy posture, chi gung, self-massage, simple breath work, meditation, music, and more.

No special equipment is required since everyday household items can be used as class tools. All levels, bodies, and abilities are welcome.

Tool List For Class (you have most or all of them already)

  1. Bolstering materials --Foldable blankets (3-4) and/or thin pillows

  2. Strap (non-stretchy), as you in yoga or camping like this, minimum 8' long OR thick rope will do in a pinch. Doesn't need to have a buckle of any kind. Belts, electrical cords, and rope can work in a pinch.

  3. Two Single Tennis Balls as well as Two Additional Tennis Balls Synched Together in a Sock OR YogaTuneUp balls: THESE and THIS ONE 

  4. Portable Chair with flat, firm seat-pan, preferably with no arms

  5. Book or Log or Other object --ideally the width of your shoulders to be used as an overhead weight

  6. Tightly Rolled up Towel or Sheet or a Foam Dome (specs: 4" x 12" OR 6" x 12") can be found at sporting goods stores or online

  7. Empty Wall Space you can lean against and ideally spread the length of your arms on

  8. Open Floor Space for moving around

Natasha has worked with thousands of bodies over the last 20 years. She's trained extensively--her primary mentors are Katy Bowman, Biomechanist; Esther Gokhale, Posture Guru; and Oliver Chu, Chinese Medicine Doctor & Tui Na Instructor. She's passionate about guiding people to greater health, ability, confidence, connection, and understanding within their own bodies and within the world.
